It's been pathetic. The blog has lost so much of the zest, passion, and significance that it had in the beginning. Now it has become sh*t. It has been long due for a comeback which will hopefully be happening in the upcoming months. Again, apologies for the past months.

The Makeover..
If you used to follow my blog, then you will notice there many of my posts have been removed. That was because I found each of them meaningless and mundane.
Whether you are a new reader of my blog or not, this makeover is to symbolize a fresh start,a new beginning, and a new year.

The Summer before College..
Like some groups of friends some grow apart, and some stay close together. Unfortunately, my circle of 'former'(using 'former' as loosely as possible) friends, grew distant quite quickly compared to many other group of friends. So much drama, separation, disputes (and other bullsh*t synonyms that one can think of) over the summer that it was ridiculous.

Friendships..
Some bonds have been broken, some have been mended, and many have been created. The summer caused the most damage, which was quite unsurprising and predictable. The beginning of the school year is when some of the mending took place as well as quite a few bonds have been created. During this new year, let's see how many friendships can possibly be salvaged.

The Bullsh*t..
What's done, is done. Nothing and no one can turn back the clock and fix what has been done. The best thing to do is leave the past in the past, learn from it, and always remember "Omnia Causa Fiunt".

Dilemmas
Have had quite a few of those. The mistakes that I have made are old news. Life is going well right now. Let's see how long this positive term will last.

College..
One word, "amazing". I love it. Couldn't ask for anything better, except having my cousin back down here. I love you Nico..

Overanalyzation

Sometimes one believes their actions are the right thing to do. When realistically, they actually are not.

Ok sure this is what I want to do. But should I? Is what I want to do, the most logical and most reasonable thing to do?
Ok, sure. Every few days I log onto this website and completely spill my guts out to my blog, and what is on my mind at that time. but should I really be doing this? Should I be spilling everything that is in my head into a mere link of this vast matrix? Should I just keep a journal like some people do? Or should I just spill everything to my closest friends instead?

Every choice that I could possibly make that I can think of, has the potential of going sour. The only way for me to make it straight sometimes, and make sure the outcome is the way I want it, is by taking reign. I have to grab the steering wheel, floor the pedal, and hope everything goes well.

I over analyze a lot of things in my life. Both to gain insight on my surroundings, and insight of the people that I interact with.
Sometimes I may think that I should do one thing by my observations and my previous actions to similar situations, but sometimes I'm wrong. Sometimes I miscalculate the outcomes.

I always try to think of many different possible outcomes of a situation, whether I deny it or not. That is just who I am. Sometimes I'm right, and sometimes I'm wrong.
I don't know why I over analyze absolutely everything in my life. I think it is just my way of making sense of all of this chaos that goes on in this thing called life.

No matter how big or small it is. Whether it be how someone says something, to how they choose one word to describe themselves, than another. To what someone is wearing on a certain day. And to their even most slightest facial expressions.
I am constantly analyzing my surrounding and peoples reactions. It's just who I am. I will admit, I do miss things at times. But one can only analyze so much at a time.

From paintball to...

A ballet performance. It was a great day. The first half of the day was just a total dude thing, you know? Guys were just messing each other up. (Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that, "Oh women shouldn't be allowed to paintball." I'm just using it as an expression to get a point across.) From there, I take Beth to a semi-formal ballet performance, then to dinner with Adam, Rebecca, Kelly, and Tyler.

I woke up at 815am on Saturday morning. I was supposed to be at SC Village to go paintballing with Darren, his family and a few friends. I talk to him, I let him know that I overslept, and would be there in about an hour. So I take a shower, and get to SC at 930am.

From 1100am to 430pm, I get messed up. It was fun though. By the last 2 games of speedball I was hurting. My adrenaline was done, so every shot that I took I felt, except for the last round. The best part was when we played "Balls Out". Normally how the rules to the game is that first shot and splatter, you're out. In "Balls Out", you don't get out of the game until you can't take the pain anymore, the run out of paint, or air. I was one of the last few people in, right until Ben stole my gun. How much do you think that would suck? A gun with no air, and you were wearing a sleeveless white t. That was my situation that Ben quasi out me in. It was my choice to wear the t, but he stuck me with a useless gun. Whatever.

From 505pm to 530pm, I rush to take a shower, get dressed, and get going to pick up Beth for my date with her. I arrive there at 550pm. I park in front of her house. I get out of the car, and as I get out of the car, I notice Mr. Ebiner reading the paper on the porch. I walk up the walkway and up the steps, say Hello, and shake his hand. He invites me in, and called Beth to let her know that I was there.

She makes her way into the living room where I was at. She looked amazing in her dress. I mean like, "Wow!"..... Well, from there we made our way to the Bridges Auditorium. She had no idea where I was taking her. All I told her was to dress semi-formal. But if anything, dress comfortably. We get there, park, then make our way to the front of the auditorium. I buy our tickets, go in, and make our way to door B, where our seats were located. To my "surprise", Adam and Kelly were volunteering. They talk while I go look for Tyler, and to go back to my car for my necklace. I head back into the auditorium, find Beth, then we take our seats.

It was great to actually sit down and watch the entire performance for a chance. It was even better to see it with Beth by my side. The play ends. The 6 of us, well more like 1 suggestion and the 5 others just follow; make our way to a restaurant down the street from the auditorium.

We eat (Also, a few interesting comments were said. Along with a few unmentionables.), then talk outside for a bit. I don't know about everyone else, but I was getting cold. But more importantly, Beth was as well. So we say our goodbyes. We drive around for a bit, with absolutely no idea where to go. (Not because we were lost, more so that we had over a half hour to kill before she had to be home.)

We finally get to her home. She parks and turns off the car. We talk for until 1150pm, and then we make our way to the porch. She goes inside drops of her things inside; her purse along with her tiara that I got for her at the end of the show, then comes back outside to chat for a little bit longer. I thought it was so cute of her, how she didn't want to let me go, and for me to leave. I felt the same way. The last thing that I wanted to do was say good night, get in my car then leave.

1230am came by so quickly. I finally leave, unfortunately. I get home, the alarm blares. I shut it off quickly, close the door, the turn it back on. I began to make my way to my room when my grandmother comes out of her room. She tells me that they weren't expecting me to come home tonight, and since we had a guest spending the night until Thursday; guess who got stick with the couch. That's right, me. So I text Beth let her know that I got home safely, along with the info that I wasn't going to be able to talk to her tonight since I was stuck in the living room. She eventually falls asleep while texting me. So I finally knock out around 200am.

"I'm just a slut at Damien." - Adam Alvarez.
-Comeback: "But wait, I thought that was Lindsay." -Kelly McFarlin
"What do you say back to a chick that you just met that told you, "
Do you want to make cute babies together?"." - Tyler Soran
-Comeback: "Do I have to call you back?" -Kelly McFarlin
"hey jesus called and um he hates u and is disapointed" - Tyler Soran
"GET SOME!" - Adam Cychner
"Both of you keep your hands on the steering wheel." - Kelly McFarlin
"Hey Kelly, you're just jealous that you're not getting any." - Beth Ebiner

Free Pancakes

<meta equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; I left my place at 620AM. I got to IHOP at 645AM to meet up with Beth and her friends to get some free buttermilk pancakes. Haha, all of them looked ready to pass out. After we eat our pancakes, we talk for a little bit, then leave. Once Beth's friends left, we talked for a few minutes longer. At 735AM, I leave for school. I get there at 740AM. I park behind Adam.

I go to 0 period (Brit Lit) and bullshit like I always do. In 1st period (AP Human Geo), we talk about colleges with Yeazel. In 2nd period (Social Justice), I laugh hysterically at Hoffman due to the fact that no one gives a shit about his class. In 3rd (Math Analysis), Adam and I just listened to music all period. I am so lost in this class its ridiculous. In 4th (Sports Medicine), we talk about injuries. And in 5th (Economics), we try to finish the last of the presentations.

After school I bullshit with the group for a little bit. When the group was starting to get loud, T.J. and I head for our cars. T.J. and I talk in my car for a little bit when we leave. Before I leave, I get a call from Carlos, asking where I was at. I totally forgot that they wanted to go get some free pancakes. So, me having a chance to score some more free food, I drive up the street to IHOP. We get our munch, on the split. We head back to Damien since they carpooled, then part ways. I had a lot of homework, so I left for Starbucks.

I get to Starbucks at 330PM. I get a lot of my homework done. 700PM comes around, and Beth comes by to hang out for a bit. We hang out inside Starbucks for about 30 minutes. I then decide to put my laptop in my car, along with the books. We talk, while leaned up against my car for a bit. The conversation eventually continues on in her truck. We hang out, talk, have a little rebuttal over playing track 4 or track 6.

900PM comes around. We say our goodbyes, and call it a night....

Blood Drive

Damn, it’s nearly 200AM and I'm blogging.

Well yesterday I gave blood for my first time. I had an early out with Adam to leave Sports Medicine at 1200PM. So at 1200PM, we leave class and make our way to the activity center. We get there, sign in, and then wait. 40 minutes pass, and I am finally called up. They take me to an enclosure; then take my blood pressure and what not. After I was done with that, there was more waiting. After that, it was needle time.

I lay down on the table. I was calm until I was told to lie down. Then I started to freak out. I looked calm, but I wasn't. She starts wiping down my forearm, and then wrapped my arm. At this point, more than half of the other people in the building were just staring at me. Somehow they heard about my relationship with needles and syringes. She lady asked, "Are you ok?" I simply responded, "Just get it over with." About a minute later I'm pricked. After 2 songs I was done. 7 minutes, not bad. The lady told me to stay on the table, laid down for about 5 minutes. I was able to keep the ball =].

After the 5 or so minutes, I get up and start munching. About 30 minutes later, Adam is finally done. I don't understand why it took so long for him. So after he munches down, Kelly and I leave for home...

Not too bad. After school, Kelly and I went to University of La Verne so I can talk to the Office of Admissions to square away a few things. I have to go back Monday to finish, yay =/. After talking to the Office of Admissions, we went back to Damien to pick up Ben. We went to Subway so Ben can buy something to eat, then to Ben's house so he could get a change of clothes for the Dropkick Murphy's Concert, which T.J., T.J.'s dad, and Ben were planning on going to that night. We get to T.J.'s house, chill till about 230PM, then leave. I drop Kelly off at his place, then get home at 300PM. I pull up into the driveway and realize that my Uncle David’s Lexus was in the driveway.

So I chat with Joe in the living room for about 15 minutes, then head out to the backyard where my uncle was at. I chat with him until a little after 400PM. I take a shower and get ready to leave for Beth's place. I leave around 505PM. I get to her place at 530PM. We leave at 540PM. We get to Andrea's house at 600PM. We meet up with everyone else. We take some photos and chat. At 615PM, we leave for BJ's restaurant and brewery. The food was good like always. We got a free medium pizza do to an order mix-up on their part, so that was chill. We leave for the dance at 815PM after a mix-up in who is paying how much.

That was some bullshit. There was a little mix-up with who was supposed to pay how much. Our half of the table paid what we ordered for and included more for the tip. I'm going off on a little whim that the other side of the table used part of the tip money to cover some of the things that they ordered. I mean like What The Fuck, are you serious? Just pay for your fucking meal with a little more for the waiter's tip. C'mon, don't be a fucking cheap ass about it.

So we get there at 845PM, and make our way into the dance. Beth gets a detention for the skirt while on our way in. She simply said, "awe, really? Alright." Then we kept on walking. We finally get into the dance, We say "Hi" to a few people throughout the dance. I talk to a few people that I haven't seen in months. That was chill. We take our single and group photos, the dance until the dance was other. That was fun. The DJ got pissed off because some of the students were touching some of his stuff, and went off on the entire crowd. Hilarious. The dance ended at 1030PM, so we made our way to Brunswick in Upland.

Beth and I were the first ones there at 1105PM. We chill in the car for a bit and listen to some music for a bit. Once a few people show up we walk in. The plan was to bowl, but we changed our minds. I see my "Homie" so I say "Hi" on my way out. Almost everyone decided to call it a night. So Kelly, Andrea, Beth and I drive down to Carl's Jr. to get some shakes. They weren’t open, or so it seemed. Beth and I get into Andrea's car. We chill for a bit, then drive aimlessly around town. We get back to Carl's Jr. around 1215AM. Beth and I say our goodbyes to Kelly and Andrea. We leave at 1220AM.

We get to her place at 1240AM. We chill in the car and listen to some music until 100AM. We walk to her doorstep. Talk for a bit, say our goodnights, then I leave. I was drowsing off big time while on my way back home. I get home at 130AM, text Beth and let her know I got home safely, then pass out...

That Morning
I wake up at 850AM. I chill in bed till 1030AM, eat a really good, home cooked breakfast, watch some tv with the lil sis, then worked on this...

All and all, a really fun night. Not a night to be forgotten =].

Starbucks

The one place where I can go to get my homework, and/or projects done with unwanted distractions. Or chill just for the hell of it when I want to get out of the house. Or when there is nothing else to do =].

I just completed pretty much all my math homework that I have not done for the past two weeks, my Sports Medicine homework, and just finished gathering all the financial information that I need on "Subway" for a presentation for my Economics class. Now i just have to copy and paste my notes onto powerpoint slides and done. All of this in the span of about 4 hours. I would not have gotten all of that work done at home.

There are so many distractions. There is my television for one. My little sister who will knock on my door to ask me to do her a favor of some sort. And I cannot forget my nosey grandmother who will open my door at random times throughout the early afternoon to see what I am doing. After which, she will just stand there with her head only visible through the door for minutes without saying a word. And when my little cousins are over its worse in some aspects.

Sure there is the whole thing that my grandmother is too preoccupied to intrude into my room, but there is the increase of noise from the living room. Its all good. All I do is just turn up my music, then continue on working but whatever...

One thing that caught my attention while at Starbucks was this middle-aged woman, two tables away from me, who decided to cut her fingernails. Are you serious? Why? Why now? Why not just wait home for you to do that? I don't know about you, but last thing I want is for one of those things to fly across the table separating the two of us and to land on my paper where I'm writing my notes or the worse, in my coffee... And believe me, Ritchie wasn't the only one to be surprised.

I woke up at 750AM. Chilled for a little bit. I arrived at Adam's house at 1020AM. Chilled till 1100AM, then had a lifting workout that made up for missing the entire week before of not lifting. I was glad. I found out that I still am able to lift 205. Not as much as Adam, but close enough to where I am content with myself. Adam is just a beast =P. After eating, taking a nap, going to the store, and taking a shower, I left for Ritchie's surprise party.

I got there at 300PM, and parked at the park. After about 10 minutes, I met up with Beth at the Chevron up the street from Ritchie's house. Once Beth arrived, and turned off her truck, I got a call from Kelly. He said to got to Ritchie's house to meet up with Ritchie's little sister since everyone was running late. So we did. I park. Then Beth parks. I didn't know which house was his so we spend about 10 minutes trying to find out which one it was. I knew the street and everything, since I had been to his house before, but I didn't know which one it was. Beth finds Ritchie's truck. I'm still astonished how I overlooked his massive black truck, but whatever. Beth decides to parallel her truck in front of my car. It takes her a good 5 minutes to get it right =].

We chill on the couch for a bit, trying to decide what to watch, and not much help from Ritchie's little sister, haha. About 10 minutes later, Kelly and Adriana show up. 5 minutes later, Ritchie shows up. His look was priceless. I'm still surprised that he wasn't one but skeptical due to the extra cars parked across the street from his house. After surprising Ritchie, Soran showed up a minute later, and missed Ritchie's priceless face. We hang out at the house until, about 630; we all then decided to go bowling.

Kelly drove to the bowling alley. After the first game, Ben showed up. He had finally gotten back from his college trip. He calls Lindsay, and invites her over. She said she would be there in a bit. Ben, being the dumbass that he is, forgot a few special days. He then thinks to himself and realizes that it would be smart to buy a few things. Since he can't drive, he starts walking to the nearest store. Since I didn't drive over to the bowling alley, and me being such the good friend that I am, I borrow Andrea's car to pick him up so he doesn't have to walk alone and in the dark. Beth decides to come with me. We pick Ben up on the corner.

We get to the store, drop Ben off in the front of the store, then I go and park the car. Beth and I chill in the car for a bit and listen to some music until Ben calls me. Ben needed some assistance. So I told Beth that I would be back in a few minutes, and handed Beth the keys to the car.

I go in, help Ben out, and then walk out. I go back to the car, and then a couple minutes later, Ben shows up. Then, we made our way back to the bowling alley. At about 845PM, the rest of us who were still at the bowling alley, we went back to Ritchie’s house.

At Ritchie's place, shit happened.

Around 1100PM, I went back to Adam's house to crash for the night...

Chill day, Ritchie's face was priceless =].

Old Friends...

Today was pretty chill in general. I left school at 1100AM. I had brunch with a couple of my close friends and my best girl friend, Paulina. And later on that night Kelly, T.J., and I Starbucks hoped.

After I got out of school at 1100AM, I meet up with Adam at a smoke shop, up the street from my school. After we buy a few things, we drive to Kelly's house. I pick up Kelly, and we go get our haircuts. After that, we go to Carl's Jr to meet up with Paulina and her boyfriend, Jon (He is also a friend that I have been going to school since First Grade). That was chill. Hung out till about 230PM, then we split and dropped Kelly off at his place. I get home relax and talk to T.J. about what him, Kelly and me were going to do tonight. I pick up Kelly at 710PM. We wait there for 30 minutes for some stupid bitch that wanted give Kelly something. I do not understand why it took her 30 minutes to get to his place. No joke they live like 5 minutes away from each other. When I left my place, they left theirs. And we still had to wait 30 minutes for the bitch to get there. Whatever.

We meet T.J. at Starbucks. I ordered a Tall Apple Chai Tea Infusion. It was delicious, by the way. Kelly ordered a Venti Vanilla Bean. T.J. ordered a Chai Iced Tea. We talk and share a few stories, and fill in each other with each other's lives. We leave for the Montclair Plaza to buy a few things. I go to the Starbucks that is attached to the Barnes and Noble to get another Apple Chai Tea Infusion. I run into Emily, a friend that I know through Rebecca and Kelsey. She's chill, and fun to talk to. I meet up with T.J. and Kelly inside Barnes and Noble after they were done shopping. From there we go the Target that is a block north from the Plaza.

I run into Chuck Boucher. It was interesting, talked for a little bit. Got his advice, and bought what we had to get, and that was it. We then go to a Starbucks that was up the street from Kelly's place. Chill for a bit, then that was it.

Yeah, this post was vague in detail because there were a lot of stupid things that went on that I really don't want to get into right now. All in all... Chill Night =]../

Drama

Drama:Something women and especially teenage girls thrive on. Consisting of any number of situations that have an easy solution, which would bring a fairly good outcome, but these girls choose another, shitty, bad way to deal with it, again consisting of backstabbing, blackmailing/gossiping/betraying their friends, or the all-too-common "I want to break up with him but i still love him!" It drives men and what men call "normal" girls, nuts.

Why do women and the female population breed, create, and thrive on drama so much? What is the point? Why do men get over things so easily, but with women, they can never get over it and remember years later?

One example that I just pulled from the top of my head. On some random Friday, a guy and a chick go to some after-school function or some sort, when there the guy is checked out by a couple hand fulls of other chicks. It's completely obvious that the guy and the chick are together. Yet that Monday, the girl is bombarded by a handful of those chicks asking for his number. WTF!! Why?? Of course the chick gets pissed off at the other chicks.

That is one of the things that I dislike, Drama. Don't drag me into some gossip or drama that doesn't involve me. I don't want to be part of it. I'm a dude, I can give two shits about drama.
Another thing that I dislike and can't comprehend is how come people can't be straight up and honest with other people? If someone told me to be straight up and honest with them, then I will. If you piss me off, I'll show it. I'll make sure of it that I know, that you know, that I'm pissed off at you.

I would get into more examples but anyone who is reading this should already know what I am talking about. This post is supposed to be short, so I'm going to leave it that way...

(When I say the female population, i don't actually mean the entire female population. I am only talking about the women that will read this and will immediately be offended because for some god damn reason they will think that this post is about them. I am not talking about any woman in particular. So get your straight. Around 1030AM I have get up from bed to have breakfast, and catch up on my shows that I had missed last week. At 1200PM, my mom stops by for about 10 minutes. After that I just chill in front of the television to continue to catch up on my shows and make a few more bracelets that a few people had asked me to make for them. Around 230, like every usual weekday, my cousin, Dominic, swings by to drop off his little sisters. I saw them walking towards the front door. I noticed something green and blue follow the younger one of the sisters. Of course I didn't think much of it. A few seconds later Kelly walks in. Again, I didn't think much of it. I just assumed that Kelly got a ride from Dominic instead of taking the bus home since I normally take him home instead of him taking the bus. Well that's when I got a big surprise.

Beth walks in after Kelly. I'm not even dressed appropriately for company. I was wearing some hoodie, with no shirt underneath, and some pair of jeans. So I am just sitting there, surprised to the max. I greet them. They ask how I am doing. I said,"I'm chill, just making the usual bracelets." I'm handed a red box. We talk for a couple minutes. I'm told to open it. So I do.

It was a box full of chocolate cookies and candies, and on one of the cookies there was a frosting spelling out "SADIES?" on it. So now I'm astonished. At first when Beth came in, I thought she just came by so see how I was doing. But obviously it was to ask me to Sadies. I obviously say, "Yes." So we talk in the living rom for a bit, then eventually more to my room. Beth hangs out till about 430PM, then heads home. I then take Kelly home at 500PM after having some vegetable soup that my grandmother had made.

So that was surprising, but a really good surprise. I was obviously not expecting Beth to come by to my house to ask me to Sadies. It was an amazing/surprising/cute gesture of her. I hope she knows how appreciative I am for her doing that.

Wait, But He's Not Asian??...

The past four days have been AMAZING!
I'm going to start with Thursday and go all the way to Sunday.

Thursday
It was first a sort of down day. It had been a week since I had any communication with Evelyn. So the morning to the afternoon just sucked. Once me and the guys got out of school at 1200PM, me and Kelly, decided to hit up a subway to get a bite to eat. The group joins us. We’re there for some time, just chilling, eating and bullshiting. Once everyone left, Beth and Aundrea swing by to hang out. Kelly chilled in Aundrea's car, while Beth and I chilled in my car. While we were hanging out with in my car, I received a voicemail from the University of Redlands. So I call them back. They connect me to the office of admissions where they inform me that I have been accepted to their university! I was soo happy; it was an amazing feeling that I'm not going to forget any time soon. I let my uncle know. Then I get back to hanging out with Beth in my car. 500PM comes around, so me and Kelly leave. When I got home, text a few of my friends about a few things that I don't want to discuss on my blog. Thursday went from a low day to a high day.

Friday
its Friday, so it's already a good day. When can a Friday be a bad day? So school was the same as usual. I wanted to stand up and punch the fat man (Hoffman) in the face, just like every other day that I'm in his class. So I leave that class pissed off as usual. Then I go on with my day. After school I fill up my tires, and then take Kelly home, then I get home. So I chill with the lil sis for a bit. I get ready to for later on that night. You know, take a shower, shave and such. After getting ready, I open a letter that was on my keyboard. It was two envelopes from the University of La Verne. They were letters of ACCEPTANCE!! I was so stoked! I was accepted to a University that counselors told me that I was going to be unable to attend. So now I have my two acceptances to the Universities that I was dying to get into. And I was going to get a huge amount of my tuition paid for through financial aid. My future is set...
The plan was to leave my place around 530 and pick up Beth at her place by 615 so that way we can ride together to see the play at St. Lucys.
Around 515, I get a call from a friend saying that he needs help. So I immediately leave. I don't leave his place until 610PM. So I realize that there is going to be no way to pick up Beth by 615PM, So I call her up, and let her know that I was going to be late. Well, I hit traffic on the ramp from getting onto the 57 from the 10. It was at a complete stop. It was 630PM. I call Beth up, let her know what was going on, and told her I would call her again when I'm down the street from her place. The 57 was packed, so I decide to drive on the side of the freeway to pass by all the traffic and get off on the next exit, then take the streets all the way to her place. I do just that. I finally get there at 645PM, about half an hour late.
We take separate cars due to some issues with her mom. We get there at 710PM, the play hadn't even started yet. So that was a relief. After the play, it was decided that Beth is taking Britney home after hanging out. So we go to a Starbucks down the street from her place, talk, converse and such.
Around 1045PM, we depart. It was chill. I get home around 1110PM. Text a few people then knock out...

Saturday
I wake up to my music softly playing in the background, and my grandmother cooking breakfast in the kitchen. I had a feeling that today was going to be a dope day. When I finally make my way into the kitchen I serve myself a stack of homemade chocolate chip pancakes, scrambled eggs with chopped vegetables, and sausage. After breakfast, I chill in front of the television with my sis to watch some of her shows, while I make some bracelets. Hours pass. I start to get ready for a trip to Monrovia to chill at Ben's with the guys. T.J. swings by so that way we carpool. We first eat some pasta that my grandmother made, along with some arroz con leche. We leave my place around leave around 615PM.
We make some good timing. We arrive there around 645PM. Only Ben and his grandmother were there. Soran finally arrived around 745PM. Then Kelly and Aundrea showed up at 800PM. it was just us all night. Until about 1000PM we were worried about Ritchie. He had been the one to set up the night and everything, but he was nowhere to be seen, and we weren't able to get a hold of him on his cell phone either. Around 1000PM we get a call from Ritchie saying that he got grounded, and got his phone taken away. So that explains why he wasn't answering, all that time Ben, T.J., Soran and I were stressing out. Wondering and worrying what had happened with Ritchie. Things ran through our heads from, he got into a car accident on the way here, to maybe he was just having some alone time with some chick.
Since we had finally heard word about what was up with Ritchie, everyone stopped worrying. All night, Ben had wanted to throw a little bonfire in his backyard. And I wanted to smoke a little bit. We didn't have the right tools. As the guys were playing video games, I realized how fucking kickass the past few days have been. And how to top it off. I suddenly say "Fuck it.” Everyone turned around to me and started busting up due to the randomness of the situation. Ben then gets me a few apples. They were delicious. So I saved one for later. I go out to my car with Ben to get some.
Ben and I then scavenge the house for some logs that were not wet due to the rain and some other things to burn. Me and Ben realize that we didn’t have enough stuff, so we drive to the 7-11 down the street real quick and get some supplies. We come back and set up the bonfire then light it.
In about 10 minutes I was gone. Within another 10 minutes me and everyone else were shirtless. Tyler and I were having some, while Ben and T.J. were having the cigars. Ben had a crush but wasn't too fond of it as were me and T.J. I was feeling great. 2 hours everyone was still chilling in the back. After that we just chilled some more, then went back in the house where I knocked out around 200AM.
I woke up the next morning around 930AM. Relaxed and ate breakfast, then left with T.J. around 1030AM. We got to my house at 1050AM. He then left for his place. At 1200PM, My uncle David and Joe came by to celebrate my acceptance into Redlands and La Verne. We had brunch at the City Broiler in Chino Hills, after that we went clothes shopping for about an hour, then went and saw "Push".
Got home and saw the Grammys.
Amazing weekend!!

"Omg, ecstasy is amazing when having some squirrel."

FREE Grand Slam

One word.... Amazing!! And totally worth it.

I woke up at 500AM this morning and picked up my friend, Kelly, by 530. We finally got to the Denny's above Damien High School by 545. The plan was to meet up with Ben, T.J., Tyler, Steven, Darren, and Ritchie. Ritchie was the first one to get there at 540. Then Kelly, and myself arrived at 545. When the doors were finally opened, me and Ritchie ask for a party of 10. She looks at us as if we were crazy. Then says ok.

We get out tables, then some bitch and some guy start bitching at us for a table. Ritchie went off on the bitch. HILARIOUS!! Steven just put his head down, since he doesn't like confrontations, while me and Kelly watched. We eventually gave them a table, Soon after, everyone else showed up. Leyba sat on the floor since there were no more seats. ,We then ate our FREE Grand Slam breakfast which was totally worth waking up early for. After eating we get to the school parking lot. Got to school and bullshit, you know, the usual.

After school we tried to get into the Denny's and get a free meal again, but the line was way too big, and not worth it. So we went to a Starbucks. Chilled then went home.

Jukebox Hero

<meta equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; So I'm just chilling at home for the majority of the day. Around 630PM I leave my place and pick up Kelly, then go to Monrovia. So we finally get there. It was chill, T.J., Darren, Darren’s current girlfriend, Ben, Ben’s current girlfriend (Lindsay), and Soran. We chilled for a bit in his room, with everyone.

After a while, we all go upstairs to get some food. After eating Ben, and a few others go to the 7-11 down the street to get some supplies. Once they got back, we started to play some game called "Mafia". It was pretty tight. The group and I were the first ones to go.

Once the game was over, the Karaoke machine came out. Haha, so everyone sang, it was really chill. After that, we all decided to have a bonfire and have a few drinks. Ben is crazy with lighter fluid. According to T.J., "No Bueno..."

Darren and I had a deep talk once everyone else went inside. Little bit of bro bonding. After that, I crashed on the couch. I woke up a few times to a dog barking in my face. We chilled for a little while longer, then left. Dropped Kelly off, got back to the house, then had a Super Bowl Party with the family and cousins. Except for Dom, I think he was completing last minute college applications.

Guys Night Out

Haha, well after school, Kelly, Darren, Chia, Ritchie Zach, and myself went to chill at Soran's house. From there to the Damien basketball game, to a quiet alley, then to In-N-Out.

We chilled at Soran's from about 3 to about 645. During that time, Soran and Zach played "Left 4 Dead" and me and Kelly just chilled. After the "Left 4 Dead" gore feast, we all played "Super Smash Brothers Brawl", where Ritchie and Soran just pwned all day. Soon after, we had an adventurous trip to a local pizza shop, and about an hour of "Halo". And that we me and Kelly left for the game.

After arriving, I chilled in the car until about 730 while Kelly went inside. After meeting up with Sydney and Beth, the 3 of us went inside. After no more than 10 minutes I was bored out of my mind. So Steven, Ritchie, Soran, and myself went outside to get some air. After seeing a few old faces, the 4 of us decided to go to an alley down the street to dip, smoke, and listen to music for a lil. On the walk to my car, we came across a tennis ball.

Once we got there, and did our thing, we just chilled and listened to some music. From there, the four of us played "Butts Up" for a good hour and a half. Steven bent over for everyone 3 times. After having a scare about what had happened to some of my keys, we left for In-N-Out.

When we were walking up to the In-N-Out, we came across my cousin(Dominic), Chris, Gabe, and Gabe's friend. Steven was going to fire a bottle rocket from his ass, just as Steve-O had done, but I lit the rocket before he had the chance.

After getting our animal style fries and pink lemonades, we made our way back to our cars. After finishing our food, and throwing the trash away, a few of us got into Leyba's truck because it was getting too cold. As Ritchie was about to make his way to the trashcan, a car full of girls pulled up. All in all, a few numbers were exchanged, along with Leyba and myself, helping the young ladies with their journey to the Pacific Coast Highway.

After Ritchie threw away his trash, everyone jumped into Leyba's truck. Unfortunately, Ritchie missed Zach and Soran wrestle in the back of Steven's truck. After they calmed down, we listened to some music. By the time 1130PM hit, Steven had to start heading home. So the rest of us migrated to my car, and continued to listen to some music. About 10 minutes later, Beth came by to hang out with us for a little bit. Unfortunately, Soran had to leave once she arrived. We hung out for about another 10 minutes then the rest of us dispersed.

It took me a surprising 40 minutes to get home. Who knew that I would hit traffic on the 71 South at midnight? Not me. I was so tired that I didn't even want to get out of my cozy car. Once I went into my room and, laid on my bed, I immediately passed out.

Haha, Fun Night...

Ok, before I begin talking about how my night was, which was amazing by the way, I am going to make a continuation of my previous post "Boy, I Sure Know...".

Around 1100AM, I received a text from Evelyn asking if I was going to come over. I said, "Yeah". Then I had asked, "What time is good for you?". She texted back, "Now." When I received that, I thought that she was still pissed off from last night. Before I left, I told my second mom, Mrs. Cychner, which is Adam's mom, where I was off too. She said, "Alright. Be safe." (Adam's mom, is amazing. She is like a saint.), and Kyle. And then I was off...

When I got there, I texted her, "I'm here." After I texted her, I quickly rearranged the backseat. It was sort of a mess, and was annoying me. Once she came out, I gave her the vegan brownies. And we talked. She had her hair pinned back, and these blue contacts, which made her look different, in a good way, and very cute. Her mom came out with Evelyn's older sister. She said, "Hi." She tried a piece of the brownies, then Evelyn's sister, then Evelyn. They all liked them, so that was good. We continued to talk outside, next to my car. Once Rafa (Evelyn's older sisters husband) left, she invited me inside. All went well. We watched "The Holiday", which I was so surprised that I have not seen yet (If you don't know, I am a fan of chick flicks.). Then we watched "Meet The Fockers". After the movie, we hung out until about 630PM, since I was still going bowling with the guys. Of my interpretation of that afternoon, all is well between us.

And now, onto my fun night with the guys (Kelly, Tyler, Zach, Leyba, Darren, TJ, and Ritchie).

I picked up Kelly at 650PM. We halled ass to San Dimas to get to the bowling alley. We arrived there at 705PM. Everyone was still arrriving when we got there. We bowled for an hour. We all raced to In-N-Out. After we got our food and drinks, Steven table jumped. Some black guy that was inside was watching all this happen. His face when Steven almost ate shit was priceless. Did some other stupid things then left for a Starbucks that was down the street.

It was 1010PM when we arrived and they closed at 1000PM, which I thought was bullshit. The one down the street from my house is open from 430AM to 200AM Once Tyler arrived, I jumped onto the roof of his 86 Honda Civic, held on tight. He started racing around then parked. After which I just jumped off. We hung out until about 1030, then we all decided to try the other Starbucks down the street. Since everyone was taking so long, I told Kelly, "Hey, lets go. Everyone else is taking too long." So we get in the car. I turn the corner to leave the parking lot, and who do we see. A cop had just pulled up after I started the car. I was like, "Oh shit." Then Kelly said, "Dude, just keep driving." So I do. On my way out of the parking lot, I see Ritchie pulling in. Then me and Kelly were like, "Oh, shit." We tried to have Ritchie turn around but he just waved and kept on going.

On the way to Starbucks we hit all green lights. We get there, and to my surprise, its closed. We wait for everyone else. We decide to go to the one off of Damien Ave and Foothill. So we go there, buy our drinks, hang out, and bullshit until 1130PM. TJ takes Kelly home, so I just take the 210 back to Adams house. I dip, and get back there in 10 minutes.

All in all, one of the best days I've had in a while. Everything about that day went well for me. Now lets just hope that I can hold onto this luck...

The Great Escape

Great: something out of the ordinary in degree or magnitude or effect.
Escape: to remove oneself from a familiar environment, usually for pleasure or diversion.

I'm not sure what has been up with me the past couple of days, but I have been having this weird feeling. For myself, I'm graduating from high school this year. I will be sending my commitment to one of the colleges that I have been accepted to in about 5 weeks. I will be attending college in about 8 months.

In a few months I will be saying goodbyes and farewells to some of the great friends that I have made in the past four years, as well as the great friends that I have gone to school with since first grade.

Its a new year, a clean slate, a new beginning. I had a few downs last year, but this year I definitely started this year on a high note. And hopefully it lasts.... I guess only time will tell.

Past Two Days...

The past two days have been mixed with depression and euphoria.

The agenda for Friday was to relax and have lunch with my girlfriend, Kelsey. After that, hangout for a little bit, then go to my friend Adam’s house and have a marathon of movies with his girlfriend, Rebecca.
As the day began, the agenda began to be slightly altered. Around 7 in the morning, my uncle wakes me up, and asks if I would like to go shopping with him and company (Grandma and Uncle's friend (Joe)). I say yes. As I was nearing the end of my shopping spree, I was trying to get a hold of my girlfriend, Kelsey, and see if we were still going to have lunch around 1, along with going to the snow with Adam and Rebecca. To no surprise, there was no response. So my uncle and company along with myself decided to go to Islands. I finally receive a text from Kelsey around 130 in the afternoon saying "yes and when does everyone plan on going to the snow", and with the news that she has an appointment at 245. Since Rebecca was working out and Kelsey having an appointment at 245, it seemed that I was not go to make my uncle go out of his way to take me back home. So when everything was done with, we arrived back home around 5 in the evening. I then sent a text to Kelsey and letting her know that the movie night was still a go at Adam’s house that night in about an hour, and to let her know that I was sorry about not being able to go to the snow. She says "ok, let me ask my mom first". So, it turns out that even though this thing had been planned days in advance, she still didn’t eve bother asking and asked if it was ok with her mom. So, I guess she talks to her mom. Around 6 I get a text saying "I don't think tonight is going to work". In my head I was thinking "whatever, not a surprise, now I have nothing else to do. But no way am I going to spend another night at home because she canceled on me." So I just said, "Alright. Well you have a much busier schedule than me. So, whenever you are available let’s do something. I barely even see you." So instead of staying home all night, I got a hold of Evelyn and asked what was on her agenda for the rest of the night. She said, "Just come over, we can hang out and watch a movie." I said, “Sure." then I was on my way. I spent the rest of the night hanging out with Evelyn...

The agenda for Saturday was to pick up Evelyn so she could come with me to the Mills to get my earrings. Then go to my friend Carlos's house and watch UFC ULTIMATE from 630 to 11.
Around 1 in the afternoon I arrived at Evelyn's house. From there we went to the Mills. From there we went back to her place and watched a movie. Around 545 I leave. I arrive at Carlos's house around 640. During the 5th match Adam starts texting me about some party near his house, and was talking about picking up Kelsey to go see a "Late Movie". I really didn’t want to go to the party. I really wanted to stay and watch the rest of the fights, and definitely watch the main event, which was up next. Before the end of the second round I get a text from Adam saying, “Do it for me then." I was thinking damn it. So once the second round ended, I borrow Carlos's home phone to call Adam and see what’s up. He tells me to CALL Kelsey, so I did. I called twice. And both times the call was disconnected or dropped on her end. So I was like "Fuck it." So I go back downstairs and see that Griffin was K.O.ed by Evans while I was upstairs. So I'm mad for a few reasons now. I missed the main event, Adam wants to go to some party with his girlfriend, and he wants me to take Kelsey to it as well. I can't even get a hold of Kelsey. So I say my goodbyes, and leave. As was nearing the 210 freeway, I finally get a steady signal, so I call Adam and let him know that I'm just going to go to Kelsey's house and see what was been going on. We hang up. A few seconds later, I receive a text from Kelsey saying, “I’m sorry, I have horrible service. I'm in Pasadena." Once a read the text and the words finally settled in my head, I was pissed. I left Carlos's house for no god damn reason, and I missed the last 3 fights of the this year’s UFC ULTIMATE 93, Kelsey is in Pasadena, were I thought she couldn’t do anything because he had dance and her supplements to finish. And if she did happen to finish what she had to do then maybe she would have let me know that she was available so we could hangout. But no, instead she decided not to tell me anything, and have nearly no communication with me all day, and suddenly say she is in Pasadena. So I just sat at a park off of Mountain Ave and clear my head. I wouldn't have been so pissed off if I have been hang out with her more often that what I have been. So now my night was nearly ruined. So it’s about 1030 now. I decide to race off of Mt. Baldy Road. So after calming down, I head home. I arrive home around midnight, change into some sleeping shorts and attempt to do this post. Then I crash around 1.

Christmas Eve

Christmas eve is the few hours before chistmas morning where everyone in ones family within a 50 mile radius go to someones house in the middle to spend time with family you can't stand all year, and fake joy.

There are ups and downs. In my family, whenever we have large get-togethers, my cousin Dominic and myself sit with my uncles where they talk and share their drunk stories. Two main categories of flirting. Then two types of flirting. Afterwards why men cheat. And finally, what I consider to be cheating.

Two main categories of flirting
-Sexual
where the person feels no emotional connection with the other person and is basically only interested in that person for sexual purposes and the excitement that sleeping with that person may offer.
-Emotional
where a person finds themself becoming emotionally connected to another person. They may greatly enjoy that persons company, talking to that person, and sharing their concerns and thoughts about life with her. they will begin to feel as though they would rather spend their spare time with than person rather than with their significant other.
--FAST FACT- In a recent survey, a little over 75% of women said that emotional cheating would leave them feeling more betrayed than sexual cheating. However, many of the women also reported that it is very hard to separate the two types of cheating because both would affect their feelings for their partner on both levels of the relationship.
--FAST FACT- Most guys -- 74%, according to an AskMen.com Dating survey -- think that cheating starts with a kiss. In other words, sexual contact constitutes cheating. For women, however, a kiss doesn't even have to be part of the equation.

Two Main Types Of Flirting
-Innocent Flirting
If you joke around with the receptionist at your office, that's one thing.
-Provocative Flirting
If you have an ongoing sexual conversation with the barrista at Starbucks, in which you describe what you want to do to her in private, then that's something else.

Why Men Cheat
10)Your lady doesn't put out.
-Every man has heard that the best way to get a woman to stop having sex with him is by marrying her. Apparently, long-term relationships seem to suck the sex drive out of many women, leaving men gasping for fulfillment. With the need for more sex, some men will start "working late" more often.
9)She cheated on you.
-So you found out your lady was being unfaithful, and the only way you can relieve your anger is by doing the same.
8)It's challenging and exciting.
-If you consider the women you sleep with "sexual trophies," chances are you have already cheated at least once in your life. Some men simply cannot leave behind the thrill of the hunt, the chase and the conquest. For other men, the excitement is in the variety, like changing ice cream flavors for one day after years of sticking to just one.
7)You can get away with it.
-"What eyes don't see, the heart doesn't feel," goes the old adage, and it still holds true, as long as there are no cameras around. The knowledge that no one will find out and no one will get hurt is reason enough for some men to grab a different helping.
6)It boosts your ego.
-Nothing lifts the old self-esteem like discovering that other women still desire you sexually. When in long-term relationships, men may begin to question their sexual marketability, which will lead some of them to sow their clandestine wild oats. Once a man knows he can get back in the game, he'll return to his mate; or not.
5)The opportunity was there.
-It's an uncontested fact that most men can't say "no" to sex. Although guys aren't constantly bombarded with sexual offers, sometimes an irresistible prospect presents itself. Maybe it's a frisky ex-girlfriend, maybe it's a horny hottie on the dance floor. A guy may see it as once-in-a-lifetime occasion that might never be available again. Carpe diem , as they say.
4)Your girlfriend is a nag.
-Most men have experienced at least one woman who thrives on making him feel like crap. Constant nagging, fighting and squabbling in the right ratios is the best recipe for a headache. Cheating with another woman is a common escape from this domestic hell, and works better than aspirin.
3)Women let us.
-Truth be told, women are quick to forgive men for their unfaithful behavior. Maybe it's their fear of being alone, or that women are simply the more merciful ones of the human species. Some women might even blame themselves for their men's infidelities, and take steps to improve their relationships. The fact that many women let their men get away with murder might compel them to double deal repeatedly. Just ask Bill Clinton.
2)She doesn't turn you on anymore.
-Long-term relationships have the annoying habit of making people lazy. No longer concerned with staying fit and attractive, a committed woman might lose the allure she once had. Her man may simply not find her beautiful anymore, and making love to her is not as stirring as it once was. This is why most mistresses are gorgeous, young women.
1)You don't love her anymore.
-Alas, after a long time together, you have lost the feelings you once had for her. But the relationship has remained too much a part of you. Separating seems so painful, so radical that it's almost inconceivable. So instead of separating, you go elsewhere to get your physical gratification. Most times this does not help matters, but only prolongs the inevitable breakup.
--Cheating might feel good as a quick escape from your problems, but it's only an anesthetic -- not a long-term solution.

What I Consider Cheating.
10 words, 1 comma and 1 period. "Engaging in any sort of sexual contact, beginning with kissing."

SOURCE
ASKMEN.COM
AND OTHER MAJOR MEN SITES.

The Merchants of Cool

"Frontline" The Merchants of Cool (2001)

Teenagers in America number more than 30 million and command over 150 billion dollars in disposable income. They are exposed to over 3000 advertising messages in an average day.

In contrast to adults, teenagers respond to whatever is "cool", as determined by the trend-setters of the moment. This documentary examines how businesses seek the ever-elusive "cool" and use it to sell products to teens. Alas, once corporations find cool, it soon ceases to be so; this means marketers are forever searching for new products and strategies to capture the attention of their target audience.

This documentary also looks at how real life and TV life are blurring together, acting like a feedback loop to push popular teen culture towards more violent and sexual behaviors.

To me this documentary, free for ones viewing at PBS.com, was very captivating. It shocked and disturbed me about how much money is spent to make even more money and sort of "plan" what will be the next trend in months to come. Unless you are a GDI, otherwise known and a God Damn Individual, which in this world is very unlikely but still well within the realm of possibility.

So, pretty much, everything you see out at the clothing stores have been carefully advertised and marketed to reel you into buying their products.

Just fyi on what I was thinking about this December 5th evening.

3 Things I Dislike

3 things I dislike are bro's, gaybashers, and homophobes.

Bro's, because they are always blasting their DGAF music and not giving a fuck about anthing. Just as one of my classmates had said once. "I believe that we should gather all the bro's and send them to some secluded island and let them brat brat with their motorcycles."
How did the style of bro come into existance anyways. Oh, let me wear a lot of black and white clothing from famous stars and stripes, hostility, and affliction with skulls all over it. Let me drive trucks and lift them to an overly excessive height to where it will be a lot easier for the truck to flip over because I DGAF. If you are a bro and actually reading, show me that you can type as well by using the keyboard below your screen and leave me a comment. I'd love to hear what you have to say about my post. Try to be civil. Trying to act all badass over the internet is like running for the special Olympics, your still retarded. In all due respect to the participants of the special olympics.

Gaybashers, because they are destroyers of equality and human rights. Gaybashers believe that they have the right to beat someone and harass them due to their sexual orientation. I believe that is wrong. Personally, I have no problem with the gays. I do not care what they do nor with whom they do it with. I'm just waiting for the day that gays, lesbians, and bisexuals are truely considered equal within the borders of the united states.

Homophobes are probably one of the stupidest fears that one can have. Being afraid of someone who is attracted to someone of the same sex. How can one honestly believe that someone that is gay will suddenly appear and sexually harassed someone or rape them. I find that stupid and conceited. Stupid since you can compare it to, if you are a man being afraid of a woman, or a woman being afraid of a man. I find it conceited due to the fact that out of all the people out there, you will be the one to be sexually harassed, are you really that full of yourself to believe that every gay person out there wants to do something sexual to you.

And a reminder...
To refresh you, the reader, that all of my posts that you read are coming from an openminded, thinking, straight man.

College Applications

The bore of filling out page after page of information, then the dreaded essay or prompts that's seem to take days to finish. Making sure the reader will interpret what you are trying to say the way you mean to say it. Have the built up anxiety about pushing the submit button. And finally pay the application fee. The wait the 3 weeks to 2 months for the letter.

Then the anxiety of you opening up the letter of acceptance, and seconds later realizing that what you just opened was a letter of rejection. You not getting into the college that you have been longing to go to. The hours of Friday and Saturdays with that someone typing away at Starbucks with your venti caramel macchiato, for absolutely nothing. Well I can't say for nothing. Oh My!!

Obviously, Not for the close-minded...

I don't know what gets me more pissed off. Straight, young, men thinking that every gay person wants to stick it in their ass or how the Religion books at my school contradicts its teachings.

I don't know why, but a lot of people were talking about gays today. From this morning, to tonight. i would like to clarify that not every gay man wants to stick it in another mans ass, or be on the other end for that matter.
Some men just prefer men or woman, for various reasons.

In the Religion book, it states,"Homosexuality: a person who feels sexual attraction to someone of his or her own sex." Then it goes on to say, "Many people experience a confusion about their sexual orientation. They may feel a strong sexual attraction towards someone of their own sex, or have someone of their own sex demonstrate sexual feelings towards them. None of these acts makes a person homosexual." And finally, "People who are homosexual are no different from any other people. They should be treated with the dignity and respect given to all human beings. Recall that Jesus went out of His way to protect from abuse those whom society considered sexual sinners. In following Jesus, we are to treat all people with love. People who are gay, lesbian, or bisexual are loved by God, are entitled to just and equal treatment by other human beings, and are to be granted loving acceptance by those who consider themselves Christians."

First off, let me point out the contradiction in the book. Quote one and quote two contradict each other, by obvious reasons that i shouldn't even have to point out. And secondly, it pretty much says that gays, lesbians, and bisexuals, should be treated equally just like everyone else. Yet gays cannot marry in a Church. Why is this when the Church tells its followers to follow in Jesus' footsteps when the Church that promotes its teachings cannot follow it themselves. And now we have prop 8 in California trying to let men marry men.

And lastly, this is all from a straight mans perspective, Me.

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://themindofadam.blogspot.com/2008/10/gays-lesbians-and-bisexuals-oh-my.html' title='Gays, Lesbians, and Bisexuals! I went to my friend Ben's house so he could drive us to Knotts Scary Farm. My friend and of our group were suppose to wait for us, or at least buy our tickets and we would have immediately paid them back once we met up with them. So its about 720 and we are about a block away. If they would have waited for 5 more minutes, we would have been there. Since the group were nearing the front of the line, we parked across the street. As we are running, we called the group to find out which line they are in. We finally get ahold of them at it turns out they already bought their tickets.

Fortunately, we run into one of our friends from school. he lets us know where the rest of the group We get in line with them. They are about half way through the line. So we stay in line for about 2 and a half hours. We finally make it to the window around 10 and just say dgaf, since Ben had to be home by 1. So we just leave the line and go hang out in the back scoping out if we know anyone that we know.

So suddenly 2 random chicks come up to us asking for money so they could get into Knotts. They tried to hop the fence earlier but it was too tall. So, we start talking to them. We keep talking to them for about 10 to 15 minutes. One of the girls mention that Outback is literally down the street from her house. So after a few minutes of contemplation about where we should go, we go to Outback. So us four all somehow fit into Ben's little Ford truck that has only 1 bench. We get there, and as we we begin to walk towards the entrance of Outback, one of the girls decides to go to her house to check in with her mom. and her friend decides to go with her. So me and Ben look at each other. And I say to Ben, Dude we just got ditched.

So we begin to walk towards his car. Then I had the sudden urge to us the restroom, so I went inside. I come out 5 minutes later. As Ben is about to start his car to pull out and leave, Ben turns his head and who does he see. The 2 girls are walking back towards the truck. So we are both surprised, since we thought they used us for a ride back home. so we begin talking for a couple minutes then we go to inside and find out that they were closed. So everyone is disappointed. We start to discuss where to eat now. The girls say that Denny's is down the street, so we all decide to go to Denny's. For some odd reason, Ben lets one of the girls drive his truck do Denny's. During the ride over there, Ben is acting crazy and is thinking about what an idiot he is for letting this girl drive his precious truck.

We finally arrive at Denny's. Us four sit down. As we talk, we realize that were dining at Denny's with two strangers. We talk until about 1215, then we all decide to leave. The same girl drives back to her place. We exchange numbers, and part ways. we make it back to Ben's house around 1:04. Four minutes after we are supposed to be back. Oh well. =]...
